The client required a reliable and space-efficient vertical transportation system for moving packaged automotive parts across four levels inside a high-density storage facility.

Ond Lift Germany engineered a tailored Double Column Goods Lift system that met all performance, safety, and structural requirements.

The self-supporting steel structure enabled quick installation without the need for civil works, while the mesh cladding provided full transparency and secure enclosure.
Each unit was finished in RAL 5010 Gentian Blue, offering corrosion protection and a clean, professional appearance.

To guarantee absolute platform stability, each lift is equipped with hydraulic shot bolts that automatically lock the platform at every stop level — ensuring safe loading even under full capacity.

Each of the six lifts operates independently, allowing simultaneous usage in different parts of the warehouse without cross-dependency.
